Valdemir de Oliveira, PhD, is a Brazilian Ambassador for Targeted Justice. He has supported Targeted victims in Brazil for over an year, through his podcast Valdemir helps victims to overcome the challenges of being a TI, combining tips, interviews and tutorial sessions.
Valdemir is in constant connection with victims all over the country raising awareness about the Targeted Justice Mission. He has faced severe resistance and boycott over his work, with incredible levels of harassment, stalking and cyber interference with severe disruption of his emails, files and Whatsapp contacts, culminating recently with the hacking of his podcast channel. Hello, my name is Torrey Bolden, and I am the Vice President of Faith Outreach. For over 20 years, I have been a Targeted Individual, with my experience beginning in Philadelphia and continuing in New Jersey. It started with gangstalking and evolved into electronic harassment. Despite these challenges, I have pursued a career as an IT Professional, facing the same employment and career growth obstacles that many of us encounter.
Raised by my grandparents, who introduced me to Jesus Christ, my faith has been a cornerstone of my life. Over the years, my understanding has deepened, and I now view our experiences through the lens of Bible prophecy.
As the VP of Faith Outreach, my mission is to raise awareness among places of worship (All Religions) about the illegal targeting and experimentation being conducted on American citizens. Additionally, I aim to build a resilient team of individuals who can stand strong amidst this turmoil. This team will reach out to places of worship in their respective states and provide support to others facing similar challenges.
Places of worship of all faiths are encouraged to reach out to me to arrange a presentation/conversation with Targeted Justice and your Worship Leadership Team. You will be better equipped to be a refuge for those suffering.

Melody began her inspiring journey with Targeted Justice in 2021. She has turned her challenges into a mission of hope. After becoming aware of her targeting in 2020, she has dedicated herself to uplifting others.
Blessed with remarkable faith and a servant's heart, Melody is passionate about making a meaningful difference in her community, both locally and among those who are targeted. She embodies the power of optimism, encouraging others to adopt the same mindset. Her goal is to inspire individuals to engage with their communities, firmly believing in the transformational power of unity. She understands deeply the therapeutic impact of one targeted individual supporting another.
Melody places her trust in God's promises for her life and for each of you. She wishes for God’s blessings and protection on everyone in the community. Melody began volunteering for Targeted Justice in 2021. She resides in Beach City, TX with her supportive husband and her dog, Oliver. Her targeting began in 2016, and she became fully aware of her targeting in 2020 when her V2K started. At the present moment she works in hospitality, while pursuing her licensing in real estate.
GOD has gifted Melody with incredible faith and a servant’s heart. Her passion in life is making a difference in her community, both locally and within the Targeted community. Welcome! My name is Lindsay Penn, I am 41, and I’ve been a Targeted Individual for 9 years. I work in Real Estate, coach boys soccer, and live in League City, TX with my husband and kids. My goals as a volunteer for Targeted Justice are to help grow the TI community, do my best to give other T.I’s emotional support in response to what they’ve been through, and work as a team in order to achieve a common SOLUTION to an ever expanding worldwide problem. I encourage everyone to find the inner strength you’ve gained from fighting your battle, and use it to have your own voice. My hope is that what we have in common will connect us together to achieve a higher purpose. 😇🙏

Jill Amack began volunteering for Targeted Justice in 2024. She lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and has run her own small business since 2000.
Jill became a target in March of 2022, after reporting criminal activity to the police. It took two years for her to find Targeted Justice and learn that she had been added to the TSDB.
She is so thankful for the work of TJ in equipping targets to survive this life. There have been so many people who have come alongside her in this battle! She is volunteering in gratitude to each of them, to pay it forward for someone else.
For a long time Jill could not understand how being a target was something that God could use to bless her. How can good come from evil? Logically, it can’t. But God isn’t limited by human logic. The faithfulness of God is no longer academic, but real. The extraordinary TIs she has met have expanded her view of the world. And being a part of this fight to educate the public and secure our freedom has given her a purpose she never could have imagined.

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I have also studied and worked in Greece, France and Indonesia. With a B.A. from Montpellier, France, and M.A from Monash University, Melbourne, I have taught EFL (English as a Foreign Language) overseas, and more recently in Australia to students arriving from other Asia-Pacific countries. With a passion for languages, I have also taught French and worked as an interpreter. Now based in Melbourne again, I am honoured to be a part of the effort to bring together T.I.s, raise awareness, and work on solutions to counter the scourge of the global targeting programme. My deepest prayer is that we come together as an international community for our healing and empowerment, so that we can restore balance in our world, both for ourselves and for future generations. These days I derive peace from yoga, baking, and my veggie patch.

Christopher began his life as a target in 2004. V2K/energy weapons began constantly in 2012 while living in Topeka, Kansas. Christopher holds full-time employment as a Forklift Operator and remains vigilant to help others whom are suffering daily due to illegal surveillance and torture. Christopher became a member of Targeted Justice in 2017 after the adjudicated case in Mettlen vs. Kaste et.al. That particular case remains today as an energy weapons/gang stalking case in the federal courts.
As a volunteer, the feeling of reaching out to others to assist has amazing healing benefits that has changed the outlook and perception of humanity within Christopher’s beliefs. He is married to his beautiful wife Darcie whom have been together 8 years. She is the rock and shelter during the storm! They have full custody of their granddaughter Claire whom resides with them. A dog (Dollie) and Cat (Lou).
Christopher will forever be in the fight for us to end the Targeting program and hold accountability for those responsible.
