5)  Approximately 1/3 of the global population is "highly suggestible" and easily manipulated by these subliminal messages, because many are effectively in a Deep Trance, even while their eyes are open.  These people can be commanded to say or do, almost anything.   Many secondary personalities are also involved.

6)  The CIA controls and funds this illegal program, with direction from the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).  The program is based on MK-Ultra mind control technology, and the FBI's illegal COINTELPRO. 

7)  Many people can feel the satellite-tracking microwave pulse, on the top-back part of your head – about one pulse each second. Many people can hear the cell tower tracking "popcorn," by cupping your hands over your ears for 60 seconds.

DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS
Directed Energy Weapons (D.E.W.) are microwave scalar-beam weapons that are used to attack Targeted Individuals.  The satellite-based system is called a Vircator (Patent #4345220) and it produces an invisible, scalar microwave beam of approx 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) diameter.  These satellite weapons and cell tower weapons are controlled from Schriever Air Force Base (www.schriever.af.mil) near Colorado Springs, and can cause excruciating pain, when pointed at someone on the ground.  The CIA in Denver runs this illegal program, called an Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP).  Whistleblowers, such as Ed Snowden and Julian Assange are two of the targets.  Mark Lenzi, the State Department's electronic signals expert, has stated that the U.S. diplomats were definitely attacked by microwave weapons. The National Academies of Science recently determined that the microwave weapons are real, and "the most plausible mechanism," for the attacks.

Deep State Planning for Treason.   This diagram shows how Directive 51 is related to the gangstalking.  Presidential Directive 51 "claims" that the President can declare Martial Law in the United States, which is Unconstitutional.  FEMA plans for an "Emergency Detention Program," where the government will round up and imprison anyone opposing the takeover.  The recent NDAA passed by Congress,  includes language to imprison people without the right of due process.  There are more than 900 FEMA prison camps in the United States.   Most City Mayors have been told to sign a "Delegation of Authority" which gives control of a city to FEMA designated people, during Martial Law  -  which in this case, is permanent.  The World Affairs Council (WAC), a subsidiary of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), plans to take control of the local governments.  WAC conspirators have held training exercises, where they simulate taking control of the Mayor’s office and City Council.  The WAC office in Houston, is in the same building as the FBI.  Coincidence?

Signal Analyzer readings.  Lockheed Martin GPS Satellite tracking is done at 3600 - 3750 MHz.  The Vircator microwave weapon (Patent 4345220) operates at 3920 - 3935 MHz.  Reading taken in the summer of 2016 with Spectran HF-4040.  Caution:  the NSA can hack the device within minutes and "zero out" large sections of the bandwidth.  A signal analyzer should be used in combination with a signal generator to prove the readings.  Note the graphs show there is almost zero background noise in 2016.  The U.S. Space Force has started adding artificial background noise to these frequency ranges, to hide their criminal activity.

Calculate the Blinking Frequency - One Mathematical Approach:

The anthropic principle states that observations of our physical universe should be compatible with the life (us) that observes it.  Using the Anthropic Principle, we can demonstrate a "fundamental" energy with the fundamental temperature/freezing point of water, and the Boltzmann constant:
3 * 8.62E-05 eV/K * 273.15 K = 70.614 meV

and then convert this into a frequency using the Planck constant
70.614 meV/ (hbar * pi^4)  = 1.1 THz

Note that pi^4 is pi^D, where D is the number of spacetime dimensions.
The full equation can be found in "Blinking Universe: Alternate Mathematical Solution" and this is an approximation.  Experimental tests need to be performed to determine the precise frequency.  Using the Anthropic Principle, the calculated value is approximately:   1,101,361,642,963.57  Hz

Revision to the Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) model.
Notes:
1. QAM pattern is due to a blinking universe at 1.1 THz.
2. Red mass values are engineering estimates +/- 20%.
3. Evidence is already available in existing data at SLAC, Fermi & CERN.
4. Some particle lifetimes are much less than 1 trillionth of second.
5. Nyquist-Shannon theory requires sample rate of 2.2 Thz or faster
6. Cameras at CERN:  40 million frames/second is too slow.
7. Mathematical pattern of particle masses may be similar to hyperbolic function.
8. High pass/low pass filter creates a "mass trap" for detection.
9. Supersymmetry is present.

This ebook covers the Theory and Applications for the discovery of 1024 Elementary Particles.  The main reason that CERN has not discovered these 1024 particles is due to the slow speed of the "camera system" at CERN.   40 million frames per second is much too slow.  The minimum frame rate of 2.2 THz is needed to capture all of the phenomena, according to Nyquist-Shannon theory.
Harmonics of the Lighthouse Frequency & Laser wavelengths.  This diagram shows how the Lighthouse Frequency is used as a weapon.  Harmonic numbers 256 & 512 are being used by the USAF & US Space Force.  Highlighted in yellow are the harmonics which are very close to known laser frequencies.  By utilizing the Expanding Neutral Point - rapid aging occurs at the target.  Note the overhead view of the World Trade Center on 9/11 -  "cookie-cutter" holes that go thru steel and concrete.
