Gilles de Kerchove is the Counter Terrorism Chief for the EU. He is also the Gangstalking coordinator for Europe. Do not underestimate how much some minds can be controlled. Most Targeted Individuals have seen it in their own family members.
The reason that Kerchove knows that ISIS will be defeated, is because the CIA & NATO told him so. ISIS was founded and funded by the CIA.
- EU has a Counter Terrorism Department
- NATO has a Fusion Center
- United Nations has a Counter Terrorism office.
These groups all work together, however, only those people with a Security Clearance are given access to the gangstalking information. These groups work together to decide how to form an organized front. However, all of the names on the Watchlist are provided by the FBI. The Europeans truly believe they are fighting "terrorists," when it is only a list that was created by the United States - Deep State. And they believe that gangstalking and harrassment are justified against any "terrorist," even if the actions are illegal.
