UPDATE
4 May 2021: Targeted Justice visits more than 120 Texas Legislator offices in Austin, Texas over 2 days. Our website views skyrocket, to more than 4,000 unique visitors in 2 days. Most of these visitors are staff members and associates of the Texas Senate and Representative Districts. One senior Legislator of Texas commented to a group of Legislators during lunch, "these people have information that is far more interesting, than anything on your agenda." The 2021 Texas Legislative Session closes in less than 30 days.

Registration is $45 and includes a Free Tshirt.

We encourage you to request a 5 minute meeting with your Legislators, if you are a voter in Texas. You will need to make a request several weeks in advance. Make the request thru your Legislators website and ask for an appointment on 3, 4, or 5 May. Many people will be coming from other States, and can support our Public Awareness & Rallies. Please get involved! This is a great chance to connect with other TI's.

The Supreme Court cases, Brandenburg v. Ohio and Hess v. Indiana, clearly identify our free speech rights. Their employees should read the cases. We intend to lawfully demonstrate on public property, and exercise our First Amendment Rights. The Austin Regional Intelligence Center (ARIC) policies and procedures prohibit the monitoring, tracking, or reporting of our First Amendment protected speech and activities. (They should go back to monitoring and reporting on Vegan Potluck dinners, like they did last time...) We do not consent to illegal surveillance or any violation of our civil rights. They should not be placing moles or TLO's in our group, like the Cliven Bundy case. That has already been proven grossly illegal, by Federal Judge Navarro.

Our microwave burns are one proof, of the horrific crimes that are occurring, to United States civilians. The satellite microwave weapons are controlled and operated by the U.S. Space Force at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado. See U.S. Patent #4345220. The USAF paid the Titan Corporation in San Leandro, California to build these microwave weapons. The National Academies of Science have stated that the microwave weapons are real.

The Austin Regional Intelligence Center (ARIC) continues to violate civil rights, in contradiction of their own policies. ARIC's policy states the center "shall collect and retain information only where there is reasonable suspicion that a specific individual or organization has committed a criminal offense or is involved in or is planning criminal (including terrorism) conduct or activity that presents a threat to any individual, the community, or the nation." https://www.austinchronicle.com/news/2020-07-24/apds-secret-informants-eyeing-neighbors-for-suspicious-activity-leaked-documents-reveal/

The legal definition of a "true threat" is specified by the Supreme Court case, Elonis v. United States, 575 U.S. (2015).  Free Speech, as defined by Brandenburg v. Ohio, does not constitute a "true threat" to anyone. Moreover, ARIC and other Fusion Centers are willfully violating the civil rights of people, by ignoring the law established under this Supreme Court case.    Targeted Justice only advocates for non-violent solutions, and we never intend to threaten anyone.

You can make a large banner using a bedsheet (about $5 at Walmart) and acrylic paints or markers. BlankBanners.com - inexpensive vinyl banners.
Professional banners can be made in a few days. The one shown above cost $160 (10 feet X 3 feet). It is waterproof vinyl and folds up into a suitcase. You can design or draft a banner in OpenOffice or Word, and then export as a pdf file - forward the image to a discount printer. Do an internet search for "discount banners."

Targeted Justice reserves the right to remove banners that are inappropriate or implore the use of violence.

We do not anticipate any problems with police or security, because we will be following all the rules. We do know, however, that the FBI in prior events, has deliberately placed disruptive persons. During the Cliven Bundy ordeal, Judge Navarro stated there was gross misconduct by the FBI, including planting moles inside the organization, and conducting fake documentaries.
