Targeted Individuals, all over the world, are being burned with microwave weapons.  These microwave attacks generally come from Cell Towers (digital beamforming) and satellites (Vircator).  The weapons are controlled from Schriever Air Force Base near Colorado Springs, under General John Raymond.  The program is secretly funded and directed by the CIA.

Foot Burns from Directed Energy Weapons.

This circular chest burn was likely caused by a high-powered microwave (HPM) weapon, because a laser weapon would not "curve around" his side.  Does this look like a "non-lethal" weapon?  Circa 2009, Baghdad.  His name is Ali Ismeel Abbas.   The Pentagon claims it is from a "bomb blast," yet there are no shrapnel marks on his chest.
