3) Start documenting what is happening.
Keep a journal in a spiral notebook - because it can be used in a courtroom.
Get a cheap, disposable film camera at Walmart or Walgreens - because the criminals can't hack it. Take it with you, whenever you leave the house. Water pillows absorb some of the microwaves - use them to sleep. You can buy them online, or use the large ziplock bags.
