Presidential Directive 51 "claims" that the President can declare Martial Law in the United States, which is Unconstitutional. Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) is FEMA's secret underground facility. This is where the government will be run, if the President declares Martial Law. It has 600,000 sq feet that is underground. Facilities for 2000 government leaders to live and work underground. It is located about 50 miles west of Washington D.C.
Treason at the World Affairs Council (WAC) has offices in 90 U.S. cities. They hold training exercises, where they practice taking over the Mayor's Office and City Council.
